Workshop is a class given to a group of people in order to become aware of their own physical condition, without losing sight of the invididual’s needs.
Each time a different aspect of your body potential is explored: the perception of movement, breath, compensation, verticality, joint mobility, to name a few, so you will learn to perceive and to rebalance the treated part.

Duration: From 3 up to 13 hours.
Intensive Workshop is a workshop, given to an individual as well as to a group of people, in order to become fully aware of the body ‘limitations’ such as muscle tension, stiffness, misalignment, and blocks of breath that negatively affect your mobility.
Benefits: The result is a lighter, more harmonious, and free body. A fully-direct approach and deeper connection with your body.
Duration: From 13 hours (2 days) up to 6 weeks.
